Bartle Hall connects with major downtown hotels; 1,000 underground parking spaces; Municipal Auditorium and the Conference Center via skywalks and underground walkways. With three truck docks and 29 trailer bays, Bartle Hall reflects its carefully designed versatility and accessibility for both the public and exhibitors.
The hall’s 388,800 square feet of contiguous, column-free space allows for more than 2,000 10-by-10 foot booths. Four sound-resistant, movable walls can divide the Exhibit Hall into as many as five separate rooms.
The versatile Conference Center complements your function and meeting space options when holding a meeting at the Exhibit Hall or serves as the perfect stand-alone facility for smaller conferences, meetings and special events. The architectural elements of the Conference Center provide a visual link between Bartle Hall and the beautiful Art Deco style of Kansas City’s historic Municipal Auditorium. The new 40,500-square-foot Grand Ballroom is expandable to 46,484 square feet for vents up to 4,000 people.
