THE TORONTO GIFT FAIR
CANADA'S LARGEST GIFT INDUSTRY EVENT
Throughout 1 million square feet of display space, the Toronto Gift Fair is Canada's largest temporary trade gift show. It boasts over 1,800 exhibitors each year and nearly 25,000 qualified retail buyers annually from across Canada. Look for innovative tabletop, housewares, gourmet food, garden accessories, collectibles, handmade, stationery, home décor, bath, bed and linen products and much much more. Owned and managed by the Canadian Gift Association, the show is located only minutes from Pearson International Airport and major highways. It provides gift retailers with a unique, professional buying experience at Toronto's two most convenient venues. In addition, complimentary shuttle buses run frequently between the two centres and from official hotels on the airport strip.
Each year, more than 2,500 exhibitors participate in CanGift fairs across Canada displaying hundreds of thousands of products from international name brands to unique, local and handmade goods.
CanGift fairs are made affordable through discounts on travel and accommodation and show specials on Super Tuesday. Retailers also benefit from an exclusive program designed to help save time and money on shipping to their customers.
Planning your time at the show is easy with well-organized floor plans and themed product areas.
CanGift fairs allow you to handle the products you've sourced online, build business relationships with new and existing suppliers, and attend seminars and one-on-one consultations with industry experts to increase your professional knowledge.
CanGift carefully designs every detail of the Toronto Gift Fair to give you maximum access to purchasing decision-makers. Well-designed exhibit areas, themed displays, lounge spaces and professional development events at the fair provide ample opportunities to connect with buyers and make sales.
Visitors at CanGift fairs make purchasing decisions for their stores and come ready to buy. Many spend the bulk of their year's budget at our fairs and do not attend any other wholesale gift show.
As trade-only events, our fairs admit only qualified buyers. The Toronto Gift Fair is Canada's largest wholesale gift show, attracting more than 25,000 qualified buyers from across Canada each year. Only CanGift Gold Members can exhibit and gain access to this select group.
Each show is carefully designed to give you maximum access to buyers, who come to source new products, keep up with industry trends, make new contacts and reconnect with their current suppliers.
To exhibit at the Toronto Gift Fair, your company must be a CanGift Gold Member.
The Toronto Gift Fair is a trade-only event for wholesale gift retail buyers and is not open to the public. This is an order-taking fair only. The purchase of booth product/samples on the show floor is strictly prohibited.
Today, the Canadian Gift Association (CanGift) is the pulse of Canada's $10 billion giftware industry. Embodying the entrepreneurial instinct and spirit, the Canadian Gift Association is a national not-for-profit association dedicated to improving members' competitive capability and business effectiveness locally, nationally and globally. The association offers its 1,400 members (giftware wholesalers, distributors, manufacturers, importers and exporters) a portfolio of services that reduce the cost of doing business through discounts on freight, long-distance, banking services and group insurance programs. Other services include the Credit Interchange System (CIS), which provides members with a fast, inexpensive medium to check credit reports and the Export Ready Designation program which helps members in exporting, primarily to the United States.
