At the conclusion of the AAOMS Annual Meeting, participants should be better able to:
Evaluate treatment plans using new evidence-based medical management of patients.
Review and examine the risk and complications of patient care and the use of methods for safe and effective management.
Reduce the risk of medical errors.
Educational Program
No tickets or additional fees are required for didactic clinical courses.
This year, the general registration fee entitles attendees to participate in most didactic clinical sessions at no additional cost, and tickets are not required for these sessions.
Seats in the session rooms will be available to attendees on a first-come, first-served basis.
Select fees continue to apply to ACLS/PALS courses, hands-on clinical courses, preconference sessions, practice management and allied staff courses, and some social events. Tickets are required for admission to sessions and events that have additional fees. Tickets may be purchased through advance registration or onsite until the scheduled start of the course/event (based on availability).

Day passes are required for admission to Practice Management and Professional Staff Development sessions.
Tickets and day passes may be purchased when submitting a completed registration form online, by mail or via fax. They may also be purchased onsite but are subject to space availability.
Anesthesia Assistants Skills Lab
Anesthesia Assistants Skills Labs are not included as part of the Practice Management and Professional Staff Development Day Pass. Tickets are required for the skills lab. Please register early as these courses tend to sell out.
Beyond the Basics Coding Workshop
The Beyond the Basics Coding Workshop is held in conjunction with the AAOMS Annual Meeting. Tickets are required. Registering for the coding workshop does not secure attendance at the Annual Meeting. Separate registration is required. The coding workshop is not included in the Practice Management and Professional Staff Development Day Pass.
