Joe is an entrepreneur, speaker, author, and podcaster. He is also the founder Content Marketing Institute (CMI), the leading content marketing educational resource for enterprise brands. CMI offers advisory services for innovative organizations such as HP, AT&T, Petco, LinkedIn, SAP, the Gates Foundation and many others.

Debra’s Ph.D. is in Educational Policy and Leadership from The Ohio State University. She holds two degrees in journalism and was an award-winning investigative journalist, that spent a decade covering presidential campaigns and politics.
Debra directed The Ohio State University’s Kiplinger Program in Public Affairs Journalism, where she launched the first social media journalism fellowship in the world – working with journalists from top newsrooms including CNN, 60 Minutes, The Washington Post, Chicago Tribune, and Los Angeles Times.
