For registered users, EventsInAmerica.com provides profile listing and admin tools; access to contact information; and networking and communication tools.

EventsInAmerica.com provides request forms for events, venues, and event-related service providers on their respective profile pages. Request and contact information is sent to the latest contact address we have for this event, venue, or service provider; however, we cannot guarantee that you will receive a response.

Events in America is not the owner, organizer, manager, or authorized representative, of any event, venue, or service provider listed on EventsInAmerica.com. Events in America cannot make reservations or accept payment for services offered by any the event, venue, or service provider listed on EventsInAmerica.com.

Exhibitors can use the site to promote their message and provide contact information for attendees. They can manage product photos, press releases, network with attendees, promote trade show presence. Exhibitors can create individual profiles; promote products and services; network with existing clients; and prospect new business.


Event organizers can use the networking platform to provide scheduling information, floor layouts, promote speakers, list workshops, and announce press releases.


They can also upload and archive video copies of presentations and promotional material, as well as promote future events. Organizers can create an informative profile and network with venue operators, exhibitors, and service providers.

You affirm that you are more than 18 years of age and are fully able and competent to enter into these terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in the terms of use, and to abide by and comply with the Terms of Services and are not barred from accessing EventsInAmerica.com under the laws of the United States or any other applicable jurisdiction..

You also agree to: provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by EventsInAmerica.com registration form and maintain and promptly update the personal data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or EventsInAmerica.com has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, EventsInAmerica.com has the right to suspend or terminate your membership and refuse any and all current or future use of the EventsInAmerica.com website.

They are not the place for spreading false information, hate speech, copyright violations or unauthorized promotional or solicitation activities or selling products.
c. EventsInAmerica.com editorial guidelines are designed to maintain the civil, thoughtful, intelligent and informative dialogue and discussion among its members and any submission that violates the spirit of the site or the editorial prudence will be removed from the site without any notice.

EventsInAmerica.com is not intended to provide financial, investment, tax, legal, insurance or personal advice, or recommend an event or a product or an exhibitor and nothing on EventsInAmerica.com should be construed as an offer to sell, a solicitation of an offer to buy, or a recommendation for any security by EventsInAmerica.com or any third party.

You alone are solely responsible for determining whether any event ranking, trade show ranking or a product or service is appropriate or suitable for you based on your objectives and personal and financial situation.

You acknowledge that EventsInAmerica.com may establish general practices and limits concerning use of the EventsInAmerica.com, including without limitation the maximum number of days that email messages, message board postings or other uploaded Content will be retained by EventsInAmerica.com, the maximum number of email messages that may be sent from or received by an account on the EventsInAmerica.com, the maximum size of any email message that may be sent from or received by an account on EventsInAmerica.com, the maximum disk space that will be allotted on EventsInAmerica.com servers on your behalf, and the maximum number of times and the maximum duration for which you may access EventsInAmerica.com in a given period of time.

You agree that EventsInAmerica.com has no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any messages and other communications or other Content maintained or transmitted by EventsInAmerica.com. b. EventsInAmerica.com AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS AND LICENSORS MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT
(i) THE EventsInAmerica.com OR SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS;
(ii) THE EventsInAmerica.com OR SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE;
(iii) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE EventsInAmerica.com OR SOFTWARE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE;
(iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE EventsInAmerica.com OR SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS; AND
(v) ANY ERRORS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED.
c. ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF EventsInAmerica.com OR SOFTWARE IS ACCESSED AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK, AND YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR AND HEREBY WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION WITH RESPECT TO ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM, INTERNET ACCESS, DOWNLOAD OR DISPLAY DEVICE, OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL.
d. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM EventsInAmerica.com OR SOFTWARE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE TERMS OF SERVICES.

You agree that all EventsInAmerica.com's trademarks, trade names, service marks and otherEventsInAmerica.com logos and brand features, and product and service names are trademarks and the property of EventsInAmerica.com and without EventsInAmerica.com's prior permission, you agree not to display or use in any manner the EventsInAmerica.com brand features and logos.

EventsInAmerica.com may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who may be infringers. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please provide EventsInAmerica.com a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner's behalf.
